As our lead controls engineer, you will drive the development of our next-generation software-defined battery platform. You model, simulate and validate digital power control functions employing state-of-the-art model-based design workflows. Closely interacting with the entire product development team, you are responsible of system-level integration with battery management and safety functions. After optimizing your implementation for our in-house developed embedded hardware, you will escort our batteries through testing and certification all the way into mass-production.
As our electronics designer, you are the wizard responsible for some of the secret sauce behind our software-defined batteries, which is… the hardware! At instagrid, we develop all of our electronics hardware inhouse, combining digital power control and high-end lithiumion battery cells in entirely new ways. Building on our proven technology, you will design and implement the controllers for our next generation of smart battery modules. Together with your peers you verify and test your designs and ultimately drive industrialization with our manufacturing partners, backing every part of the product lifecycle with your expertise.
As an early sales manager you help to grow instagrid from the bottom. Dealing directly with our B2B customers, you develop and own the entire sales cycle from generation of leads to closing of deals. By developing an individual sales strategy for each vertical, conducting presentations and successfully negotiate, you are a brand ambassador with a strong impact on growth. Being closest to our users, you are the voice of our customers delivering valuable insights about their needs and market trends to our internal marketing and development team.

Als Validierungsingenieur/-techniker der ersten Stunde bist Du verantwortlich für den Betrieb und die ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer Elektronik- und Batterielabore und für die elektrische Sicherheit. Zusammen mit dem Produktentwicklungsteam konzipierst Du die Versuchsreihen für unsere Batteriesysteme, führst diese aus und koordinierst die Erprobungen mit externen Laboren und Zertifizierungsstellen.
