One instagrid ONE max weighs 23 kg, including packaging. Package dimensions are as follows: 548mm x 227mm x 480mm. If your order is dispatched on a pallet, it will be delivered to the front door of your building.

How many devices can I plug in simultaneously? ▼
We have 2 outputs: one socket, and one Neutrik output. Both have the typical electrical output according to central European standard (230V / 50hz). To support multiple sockets, a special device with RCD protection (for Germany) will be provided as an accessory in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to hear about the latest available products.
Can I use an extension cord with instagrid ONE max? ▼
Given the high portability of our power station, you should not need an extension cord. However, in the unlikely situation in which an extension cord cannot be avoided, please note that due to electric resistance, degradation of the power may occur.
Can instagrid ONE max be used while its being charged? ▼
With the first-generation product (instagrid ONE max), this is not possible. We plan to add this function to our future versions of the product. To get updates on new products, sign up for our newsletter.
Can I power fine electronics with the instagrid system? ▼
If your fine electronics work on a standard socket, then they will also work powered by instagrid ONE max.
How do I charge instagrid ONE max ▼
You can charge it by simply plugging into a standard wall socket.
How can I transport my instagrid ONE max? ▼
instagrid ONE max is certified for land and maritime transportation. Set the main switch to the transport position and attach instagrid ONE max in the car against sliding. instagrid ONE can be transported by air freight (CARGO). Contact our Customer Support team at email@example.com and we will provide you with further information.
What should I do with instagrid ONE max at the end of it's lifecycle? ▼
For disposal, the used instagrid ONE max should be discharged as far as possible in the application, secured against short circuit, and returned free of charge to the authorized collection points for WEEE (Waste Electric and electronical equipment) or battery recycling. Please observe the applicable regulations for environmentally friendly disposal in your region.
