Levering is bij de prijs inbegrepen.

De garantie voor instagrid ONE max is 2 jaar voor zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten. 

Eén instagrid ONE weegt maximaal 23 kg, inclusief verpakking. Verpakkingsafmetingen zijn als volgt: 548 mm x 227 mm x 480 mm. Als uw bestelling op een pallet wordt verzonden, wordt deze bij de voordeur van uw gebouw afgeleverd.

Zodra we uw bestelling hebben verwerkt, wordt u doorgestuurd naar een bevestigingspagina met het referentienummer van uw bestelling. We sturen je ook een bevestigingsmail. 

Zodra we uw bestelling hebben verzonden, ontvangt u van ons een bevestigingsmail. 

Zodra uw bestelling bij ons vertrokken is, ontvangt u een e-mail met uw tracking-informatie om de voortgang te volgen. Als u te horen heeft gekregen dat uw bestelling op een pallet is verzonden, kunt u alle tracking-informatie opvragen bij onze klantenservice op: support@instagrid.co. 

Alle leveringen worden uitgevoerd door koeriersdiensten. Als u de geplande levering mist, zal het koeriersbedrijf contact met u opnemen en afspraken maken voor een andere datum en tijd. Of, indien van toepassing, zullen ze u de gegevens van het afhaalpunt geven. That’s why we’re here to help you with assistance in returning your purchase.

We have 2 outputs: one socket, and one Neutrik output. Both have the typical electrical output according to central European standard (230V / 50hz). To support multiple sockets, a special device with RCD protection (for Germany) will be provided as an accessory in the future. Given the high portability of our power station, you should not need an extension cord. However, in the unlikely situation in which an extension cord cannot be avoided, please note that due to electric resistance, degradation of the power may occur.

If your fine electronics work on a standard socket, then they will also work powered by instagrid ONE max.

You can charge it by simply plugging into a standard wall socket.

instagrid ONE max is certified for land and maritime transportation. Set the main switch to the transport position and attach instagrid ONE max in the car against sliding. instagrid ONE can be transported by air freight (CARGO). Contact our Customer Support team at support@instagrid.co and we will provide you with further information.

For disposal, the used instagrid ONE max should be discharged as far as possible in the application, secured against short circuit, and returned free of charge to the authorized collection points for WEEE (Waste Electric and electronical equipment) or battery recycling. Please observe the applicable regulations for environmentally friendly disposal in your region. Yes, we use recycled aluminum and recycled plastics. We aim to constantly increase the content of recycled materials that we use in our product.

instagrid ONE max gives you the opportunity to use electricity from renewable sources in a very energy efficient way. There are no local emissions generated when using our product.
